A visible capture is the direct option: one image of the browser viewport, at the display's pixel density. It does not scroll the page or assemble tiles.

Use it for the moment, not the whole document

A menu that is open, a hover state, or an error visible right now belongs in This screen. Full page is for everything below the fold; it may move the page and change temporary states while it works.

A short route through the popup

  1. Open ScrollSnapshot on the tab you want.
  2. Choose This screen and press Capture.
  3. Review the result, then copy or download it in the format you need.
